Found a 2014 Dodge Challenger these guys had on cargurus. Within 2 days of contacting the dealership and speaking to Al Omar I was there test driving and inspecting the car. Al Omar let me inspect every inch of the car and was even nice enough to put it on the lift for me so i can see underneath it, the body guy was great as well but didnt get his name. Other than letting me inspect the vehicle, Al Omar let me test drive the car and was awesome about it. He shared stories about his son who is my age aswell and seemed like a very hardworking family man. When it came down to buying the car, Jeff was the guy that helped me out. It was a very comfortable purchase as he also seemed like a very hardworking family man and was sharing also stories about his son and life growing up. He made sure he got me the best deal on the car. It was a very easy and fast process doing the paperwork and while that was getting taken care of they detailed the entire car inside and out again which was great. Highly recommend this place for car buying needs and also highly recommend Al Omar.

We purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram Promaster yesterday. It is in excellent condition! New tires, cleaned well and the salespeople were excellent. Omar was terrific as was the finance person whom I believe is Jeff(?). So sorry!! But anyway, they were all very honest and straightforward. Buying a car always has costs and fees that occur occasionally but there was nothing shady in the slightest. We found them far better than working with any dealership we’ve walked into. Would absolutely buy from them again!!

Omar and Jeff were fantastic to say the least. After the most HORRIFIC experiences within the past month, my boyfriend and I were spent; both mentally and financially. Empty promises to say the least, hard credit checks OVER AND OVER AND OVER followed by no responses AT ALL, down payment after down payment for cars that were NOTHING at all like the listing, salespeople, and pictures promised.....and then a breath of fresh air. We received a phone call in the evening, and the day after we were driving home in our new car. Omar was so responsive, honest, and direct. There was no cat and mouse games, just fantastic customer service. My boyfriend and I couldn't believe it to be true. We were honestly waiting for the ball to drop. The evening after we received the call from Omar, we rented a car from Enterprise (in Branford, CT from Matt, also 5 stars), and we went from a HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE, to a beautiful end with an incredible car! Jeff was incredible. He was honest, worked to not only get us a great rate, but also gave us piece of mind. The 3 year warranty was unbelievable, and even after we left, he text us on our ride home to tell us we got an extra discount of $15 less a month. 100% Recommending Power Motor Group, Jeff, Omar and their team to friends and family! 2017 ACURA MDX - PERFECTION
I was in the market for a new used car due to an accident suddenly taking my old car. I searched LI dealerships and even CT & NJ looking for a used but mint Acura MDX that held its value, low miles, and was well taken care of. Well, let me tell you that those are far and few in between not only on LI but all over the place. It was either low mileage but horrible paint job with scuffs and undesirable irreparable scratches or horrific worn out interior. Some lacked the "bells and whistles" that I was used to in my other vehicle and most were priced way too high for my pocket. I came across the listing for the 2017 ACURA MDX here at POWER MOTOR GROUP a few months back but wasnt looking to make moves. When I came across it still on their web page we knew we had to do something. We were initially under the impression that the price we saw on the website was the price we were going in to negotiate, and were educated upon sitting with Jerry that is was listed for the price above that (all is in the disclosure on the listing but we missed this so this was a faux pas on our part for not reading CAREFULLY). There was no scam or gimmick - it was our fault for not seeing what was right in front of us. Regardless- the interaction with Jerry was very pleasant and friendly. Jerry is a very personable salesman with a wealth of knowledge of cars and how they do their business. We felt comfortable beginning to end. The car was missing its ACURA mats and Jerry was more than happy to take the time and make sure we got a set that fit the car which we picked up 2 weeks after the vehicle. We sat with Jeff to crunch numbers and full details - again great guy and very personable. They take their time to talk you through the process and really understand what you are doing and what youre getting. Even today their inventory is stunning and the staff is great. I would recommend PMG to anyone looking for a beautiful used car in pristine condition. This 2017 ACURA MDX is mint, interior is as if it was never used and it's 7 years old. They absolutely do their best to ensure the cars they have on the lot are stunners. Will not disappoint but do your part as the customer/consumer and make sure you read EVERYTHING so the experience is as good as ours.

GMC 2016 Terrain
Was shopping for a good used car this past weekend with my wife. Came upon Power Motor Group in Lindenhurst. Met with Mike and he steered us to a great deal on a 2016 GMC Terrain. He took care of the preliminary paperwork and worked with us to come up with a payment that would work for us. Since it was a Sunday, Mike told us to await a call from Jeff, gentleman who takes care of the loan paperwork and insurance, the next morning. Jeff called me and with a quick exchange of some information with my insurance company, everything went smoothly. On Tuesday morning, the car was ready to drive off the lot. Mike put the plates on my new car and handed me the keys. It really was a simple, easy process. Very professional work. I’m very happy with Power Motor Group.

We were in the market for a larger truck for our family when a friend recommended Jerry at PMG, so we checked out the site and found a few trucks we loved. Jerry had them ready for us to test drive the next day and went above and beyond to show us everything about the cars and the process they go through to purchase only the best. They even provided us with all the paperwork of the work they put into the car prior to listing it. We ended up going with a 2015 Escalade and couldn’t be happier! They had just replaced the brakes and also had some internal updates done directly by Cadillac to ensure the car was like brand new. We ended up discovering a nail in one of the tires a day later (the tire wasn’t losing air so no indicator lights came on) we brought it back in and they gave us a brand new tire, no questions asked.

He worked with the money I had and I was able to pull my new car off the lot thanks to him. He even comes out to you and made sure everything was fine with my car after having a slight issue due to my customized stick on key ring. His services and this lot are well worth the while.

I just purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 from these guys and they were fantastic ! My salesman Jerry went over the history of the truck with me and gave me a great deal. That being said he showed me several cars based on my credit and budget. I have to say that not only do these guys have an awesome selection of high line pre-owned cars, but are real pros that know what they're talking about. I picked up a 2014 Mercedes E350, and the prices and payments that Jeff went over with me was exactly what I signed the paperwork for. Unlike several other dealers I went to that told me one thing at the sales man's desk and then everything changed in the office. Needless to say, I walked out. It was refreshing to get honest answers upfront and going over prices before signing the papers is a huge plus! Power Motor Group definitely deserves a five star review because the service from walking into the front door to driving off the lot everything was absolutely outstanding. The whole staff was extremely friendly and made you feel no pressure into buying if you did not want to. Found a great deal for Audi A5 coupe off of their website and I just had to go check it out. The car was well maintained and was super clean. After the test drive I did find a few things wrong with the vehicle and with no hassle or problems they fixed it before I drove it off the lot. They where able to put on new tires, new brakes, do a oil change and repair some electrical deffects without a jump in the price. Rich was my salesman and he was great guy to work with, extremely friendly and gave me no b.s when it came down to this deal and overall just a great guy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling me and was able to make a great deal for me. Over all I extremely recommend finding your next vehicle at Power Motor Group, they have a great inventory and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Joe was one of the nicest and helpful people in the entire establishment. I had my mindset on a 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe and he made the process super easy and convenient. Amazing place
The moment I called to find out information about a car my husband and I were Interested in Joe was extremely nice and very informative. But the moment we walked into the actual location to look at the car the experience was far more amazing and smooth then I could have imagined. Bill from financing was also great and helped us with the numbers aspect. Jonathan and Luis stayed late to look over the car one last time and to make sure it was nice and clean for my husband and I. Thanks so much Joe and the staff of power motor group for all your help it was simply great experience.

Went to this place since my other car was totaled out. I saw a Honda Accord I liked and called them to see if it was still there. Told me to print out the ad and come in. I went in to see Jerry and left a deposit on it, came back the next day to pick it up. They were upfront with me from the moment I called to the time that I picked up my new car. Will def. recommend this place.

My experience at Power Motor Group could not be more positive, there staff was beyond helpful and extremely friendly! They also showed a great deal of patience with my situation of having extremely poor credit! I had been looking for a specific model and color Jeep for months, they not only had the model I was looking for but there price was considerable lower than any other dealer I had been too! I highly recommend Power Motor Group!

Very helpful, and very pleased with customer service. The salesman didn't rush me or pressure me into buying. She gave me every option possible and was on the phone for hours getting the best deal for me. My credit isn't that great but with the help of the salesman I was able to afford and brand new lease. Strongly recommend.
